Ugly, "chuck-it-up" NBA Finals first game so far...

The only thing pretty so far has been just a couple of defensive plays.
 
but it is a little disgusting seeing Shumpert and Rider in this game

Shooting got a lot better in the last eight minutes of the half. Until that point it was a lousy game - too many stupid shots by multiple players. (If that were a college game, at least a few players would have benched by their respective coaches for the rest of the half).
 
how about the gs guy not taking the dunk and kicking out for the corner 3. lol

crazy stuff. I didn't watch a lot of gs games this year other than bits and pieces so real interested in seeing this

I guess I'm kind of rooting for gs but I won't mind if clev wins either but not thrilled I guess with seeing JR get ring
 
Leave it to JR to come back and screw a knicks fan some more. Had a nice bet the game would be tied at half and warriors would win. Would've paid out 1,250 but that three messed up those plans

Classic game 2. Never rooted for LeBron before but I'm all in with the cavs. I want to see them pull this off. What a great story. If the warriors win this series, this finals will be forgotten because well they were supposed to win. The cavs win this series and we have a historic classic.

Look back on Jordan's career, you have his shot against the Jazz, the flu game, etc.

20 years from now when we look back on Brons career, pulling this off would be his signature moment in his career and I'd really like to see it

Delli for Cavs was huge down at the end of the game. Great hustle from him.

Agree. Lebron reminds me of Peyton Manning directing the offense only James is directing both sides of the ball. On top of the talent he is missing due to injury he is playing with some real dumb players basketball wise especially JR Smith. This is the NBA finals against a very good team IN GS that won what 65-67 regular season games in the tougher western conference and his big 3 has been reduced to a big one, him. If he carries them to the championship might be greatest feat by a single player in NBA history.Got to love Delli, earlier in playoff debate was if he was a dirty player, in my opinion he is a scrappy hustling player as his head first dive for the ball exposed only himself to injury as D Lee and D Green dove on top of him.
 
How good is this GS team compared to other 65+ win teams of the past? I'm not an NBA fan, but they seem to be just 2 shooters and nothing else. Is the NBA just that weak right now and these guys would be 50 win team in historical context?
