is this the same francesa who practically hung up on a caller who said baseball's 162 game season has less meaning because of expanded playoffs?

he just needs to be controversial. you have to admit, it works.
 
I agree with francessa , Why not play half of the games at 8, 9 , 10 O'clock on one day , run the tapes during the overnight and play the remainder after noon on the second day .

I don't think you have ever attempted to record a sporting event. It is pointless unless you can shut yourself off from the digital universe. If st. johns actually played its game at 8pm and the tape was not airing on ESPN until 2am, do you think a true st johns fan would have no idea the result of the game when the tape starts? Nah. It would require an extreme level of self control.

haha so true..I'm attempting it today and thats only for a half hour. I'm DVR'ing the game and won't be able to watch it till about a half hour in...gotta avoid this board and shut off my automatic updates on my phone
 
Francessa is a arrogant know it all that does constant commercials pushing college basketball games at garden & barclays that pays his station soo hes biting the hand that feeds him & his coworkers! real intelligent miked- on at his best
