Just received this. Created a new thread so no one will miss this:

I am thrilled to invite all St. John's alumni to attend the press conference
on Wednesday, April 1, that will introduce one of our own, Hall of Famer
Chris Mullin, as St. John's new men's basketball coach.

Please join us at 1:30 p.m. in Carnesecca Arena for this historic occasion as we
open an exciting new chapter in the history of St. John's University athletics.

The link worked for me. If you are interested, call the AD tomorrow. If you can't get through, just show up. I doubt they'd turn anyone away. With student interest, could they fill the arena? Would be awesome, just awesome if that happened.

In the "Type" category, I entered myself in as "Other."
 
If I weren't in Chicago, I'd definitely would have been there. I hope there's a huge turnout.

Yeah, I'm in Orlando this week, but following every minute of all this positive news. Hopefully, we have many others who are able to make it and can represent the school, Redmen.com and the St. John's faithful in general (who I appreciate and thank for showing your/our support). There's a lot to be proud of this week.
 
got the email today but can't get out of the office tomorrow unfortunately.

Will it be on tv other than espn 3 ?
