MSG NCAA tickets already sold out?

Just got an e-mail from MSG about a special Internet presale for NCAA East Regionals on March 24 and 26. Immediately went to the site, entered the presale code to search for tickets, and get the message that no tickets available. What the.......!?!?

Was there an e-mail from our ticket office about these tickets, since St. John's and the Big East Conference are listed as the official hosts? Did I miss something?
 
Yes, I purchased my tickets through school last Spring.

Actually just got them in the mail two weeks ago for the regionals.
 
I got some notification last April or May and bought them online for $300 for each ticket for all the Garden games. I got an e-mail recently with the seats I have and they are supposed to send me my tickets by February.

St. John's basketball fans bought the tickets anticipating an NCAA home game as the last team in.
 
I received the same e-mail. I went in right away. Tickets were available but 2 tickets I saw with NCAA Experience was something like $1900. NO THANK YOU. I guess someone had the money!
 
Season tickets are $695

You can also do the storm saver package which I believe goes for $300 per ticket but the seats are higher up but it gets you in the building.
 
there is a stormsave package that we have tha's something like $410 and for msg games you are in the 100's corners like we are in 114
