AbsolutelyOh, the irony if it winds up beer available at Carnesecca but not MSG! Only question I have for MJM is if this goes through would you lobby to have majority of home games moved to Jamaica, Queens.
No, it would not be transferable.Interesting development as I can't stand Dolan. Since we "rent" the Garden for our games there, would we be able to sell booze at our games?
inflationNYS liquor authority trying to determine why 20% of all msg beer sales are in the vicinity of section 114.
They expected 40%.
couldn't it become a BYOB place? No, it would not be transferable.
Probably not due to security concerns (glass bottles, the caps that they remove on plastic bottles when you buy it and the potential of them becoming projectiles or someone having enough and crowning the obnoxious drunk behind him on the head with a bottle)couldn't it become a BYOB place?
Amen--remember the old Big East tournaments on thursday with the day night doubleheaders and what it was like by the 4th game. Those were some battles in the seats.Very minority opinion but when you are seated in close proximity to drunks at a sporting event often ruins the day especially when with family. Wouldn't bother me one bit if sporting events banned alcohol. Would never happen because of $$ but still.
