I dropped off my son at Hollis building yesterday. Rooming w 5 other boys. Haven't been to the campus in many years. Was pleasantly surprised. Saw signs for $125 season tickets for the kids which is very reasonable. First night my son was already at the house of my old fraternity APD. Move in was pretty efficient. Everyone who worked there and the kids helps were all super nice. The food in the all you can eat was good. The only time it got aggressive is when the moms were crying. I told them its only 40 mins away if you wanted to see them. Each one told me to STFU :).

Any recommendations for local restaurants when I go visit and take them out?

Best wishes for your son's transition to college life.

We look forward to reports from your son regarding the student's view/ support of the StJ's basketball and student life.

Aquista Trattoria is right across street.

If willing to drive a bit more, options open up a ton.

Parkside, very well known, is only about 5 miles away
