Hearing and reading how MUllin approaches interaction with his players in the pre-post games, I don't think he's likely going to shift much in his early philosophy of positive encouragement and reinforcement vs. not being pleased until a banner s up.
He's syling is player approach like Lou C....
This is not bad at all..... many different ways to coach, lead etc. that can be equally effective. Key is having players who accept and respond to that style.
