Big loss as he'd been playing real well. But his minutes are being filled by Storr and Pinzon nicely so far. As long as they keep on playing well and developing, the blow of Mathis being out should be lessened. Hope he can see some time in the NCAA tournament!

I’d love to get Mathis back with a couple of games left in the season. Let him get a couple of games under his belt before the Big East Tournament and we go into that tournament a pretty deep team. Especially with the development of Storr and Pinzon

Wish I could say I didn't see this coming, but suspected this was the case.

I unfortunately haven't caught every moment of every game. Was it easy to pinpoint exactly when it happened?

I hate this for Mathis, he was having a career year, really worked on his shooting in the off-season. Would have loved to see him go out with an NCAA tournament win or 2.

It was at the end of the Marquette game. He limped off the court but they didn’t show a replay of what happened. I thought he just rolled his ankle.

Mathis was having a solid year before the injury. Tough break to end his collegiate career like this. At least he got to dance while he was at Rutgers.
