Mobile Lag

Anyone else having an issue with mobile lag on the site? I was checking all weekend for the Jones update and nothing was showing. Today I check and it says it was posted yesterday morning. I also keep getting a notification about cookies to g9 back a page and refresh (which I have done several times) and if I try to leave and sign in again it just flashes and stays on the home screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
