After being at tonites disastrous performance I am convinced more than ever that we need to let Richmond go so that we may replace him with a much needed x&o Div 1 coach. I have nothing against Richmond, I just feel we do not need him. As I see it he duplicates CM's talent rather than compliments it. It appears that neither of them can coach so why have 2 highly paid coaches who can't coach! This Delaware team outplayed us in every way possible! They are a well coached team who moves the ball and finds the open man with every possession! We are NOT a well coached team and it displayed itself tonite. Mully needs some help, and I am certain that Richmond has to be the fall guy after this season! With CM at the helm and a Matt recruiting a good x&o guy is all we need!

If Mullin as you say can't coach you find someone who can
 
Why wait until the end of the year. Mullin needs HELP. He has no clue on how to run a D 1 Program

I don't know if he would want the gig, but how about Pete Gillen! Very good coach with a lot of intensity!
 
This is what happens when you give someone carte blanche in terms of decision making. Spends a fortune on Rohrssen. Decides after 1 year that it doesn't work. Fires him and gives the bill to St. John's. Right move was to go out and get somebody with a little coaching experience, considering Matt A is our elder statesman in that department. But no, let me hire my friend. What could possibly go wrong?
