Weird, I guess he rather be a big fish in a small pond than be a bench player on an NCAA team. Seemed like he could be at least a capable bench player IMO.

Had higher hopes for him upon signing, but after seeing him with us after a year sitting out, was his diminutive statue. He was really wiry from head to toe with really short arms.

The porous defense was disappointing.

My guess is that he was recruited to be a hedge against Ponds leaving last year. When that didn’t happen and Heron signed, there were not a lot of minutes to go around this season. I liked Mikey’s offensive game, but don’t think the team needs him this year and hope Williams can give us what we expected from Mikey next year.

No great loss, he ended up being a disappointment. I found it hilarious how he thought garbage time at the end of games was ME TIME, and chucked up a shot pretty much every chance he got.
