Met Phil Greene, D'Lo, Obekpa at soccer game 2nite

These guys are all class...really. I asked for a pic with D'Lo and said sorry to bother you. He said "Nah man, it's cool...hold on let's get the other guys in the pic!" and he got Obekpa and Greene over. Phil joked he wanted to look 7 ft tall in the pic and stood on the bleacher but I told him I wanted every bit of my 5'10 to show lol. Obekpa is just such a laid back gentle giant. Always cracking a smirk and willfully continued conversations instead of just taking a picture and walking away. I asked D'Lo how the trip was overseas and he said the guys loved it and it was an amazing experience. I said "you guys will be nasty this year" to Obekpa to which he replied "I hope so man"...he's just very humble, never one to brag. Anyway, great guys who easily could have been annoyed hung out with random ol' me during the soccer game. By the way, we won 1-0 vs. South Carolina! Great night.

PS also passed by Orlando, Felix, and Marco on the way to my car. Orlando is easily the biggest on the team. No question. He is a tree.

Funny tidbit: the girl sitting on Phil's lap in one picture saw me talking to D'Lo and asking him for a pic. She turned around and said "you don't want one with this guy too?!" to which I replied "I know who Phil is...I just didn't want to interrupt anything"...after all she was on his lap lol. One strange thing I also noticed was that I seemed to be one of the few students to even recognize them at the soccer game. They really are very down to earth guys who have fun together and keep things light. If I never knew D'Lo was suspended for his attitude and you told me after meeting him I'd say you were joking. I don't think he stopped smiling once. By the way, it was hard to shake Obepka's hand because it's so big...I think I shook his fingers LOL.
