Solid guy as JPM114 has told me for last several weeks. :)
 
Not awful, but not overwhelming either. Positives: The Bonnie’s play hard. Good defense most of the time. Had a nice run in the A-10 tourney, and should have beaten St. Louis in the final. Negatives: Not a thrilling hire, personality wise. No signature wins when his team has stepped up in class. ( losses to Syracuse and Buffalo this year).
Would I accept him? I guess. We may have no other choice.

Does he work and recruit hard? Does he have good hardworking ACs on his Staff?
 
Well, he did get to the second round of the NCAA in 2012, something we haven't done in a lot longer than that.

He’s managed to recruit some decent players to a place that isn’t sexy. As for his staff, I can’t comment.
