Mark Jackson Ripped by His Owner

Phil Jackson's first choice for Knicks coach is killing it with Golden State. Doing better than Jackson did with those players and he is a first year coach.. Kerr is certainly not helping prove Jackson as some kind of savant.

I went to the game against the Pelicans, and they really look good. Very smooth and if Bogut can avoid serious or even nagging injuries they should be in conference final easily.

A lot of guys not named Mark Jackson would have had good results so far, but Kerr really has just the right temperament for this group, and has certainly learned well from the coaches he's played under.

Steve Lavin also did well as a first year coach at St. John's with the same players Norm Roberts had. lol I think the writer of this article made some very skewed assumptions, He makes it seem like the Owner is blasting Jackson's coaching abilities, which he never critiques. His gripe with Jackson is his stubborn nature and not utilizing the resources extended to him. I'd take Mark Jackson as our coach in an instant.

But doesn't an all-too-familiar knock give you cause for concern?:

" .. by and large reports out of Golden State suggested Jackson and his preferred crew tended to slough off dogged X's and O's preparation ..."
