Manhattan and Iona dueling it out to represent the metro area in the big dance. 38-37 Iona with fifteen to go.

I've been sitting at the edge of my couch the whole game. Sloppy but a track meet so fun to watch

bad last shot by Iona. I don't mind seeing Baldi suffer like us but I found myself rooting for Iona because I think they had a better chance of winning a first round game

Watching Masiello's facial expressions on the sidelines is like watching George Costanza's attempts to appear busy by looking angry

it looks like he buys clothes 2 sizes too small

He looked like he was going to go "gonzo" at any moment.

I've often thought of River Vale as a leafy oasis in an otherwise chaotic part of town.

And yet time after time, Manhattan College produces coaches who are so wound up that I wonder if there is a Plavix dispensary in the locker room.

Yes, of course. I also like the Treemount section of the Broncs.

Unless this tournament is played in Albany and Siena reaches the finals the attendance is minimal and the only game on TV this year was the final.
This league should cancel the tournament and award the bid to the regular season winner.

I am surprised the attendance was so lousy.
After reading this board I was sure the coaching brilliance on display in "Cluess v. Masiello" would rival when Dean Smith took on John Wooden in the 1968 NCAA finals.
I would also think the abundance of cluess and masiello supporters on this board alone would fill the building.

Hilarious

No offense but a fan of SJU should never talk about another school or conference's lack of attendance.

Our fans couldnt even buy up our allotment of BE tournament tickets.

The post was not really an indictment on their fan turnout.
If the game was local I am sure it would have drawn well.
The post was really just a goof on the love affair some folks have with cluess and masiello (or insert anyone that fits that description) the moment our team struggles.

It took me one time hearing Masiello speak at a presser to forget him as a candidate permanently. He talks like the Brooklyn Brawler and always seems pissed. I feel like he's a loose cannon, but you can bet his kids will always be playing physical.

Laughable

Reminds me of Gonzo lite.
