More ESPN propaganda... "Looking out side the Power 5" its power 6 for basketball unless you want to exclude the Pac 12. ESPN must have the same propaganda book that Kim John il uses. They are relentless with biased agendas. I try hard not to watch them.
 
FWIW I think they would be excluding SEC in your scenario.

SEC mandate to spend more, have done so with coaching and recruiting has seen a pretty strong uptick.
