 For all the longtime members here we all have known Matt C since he started posting when he was like 10 years old. We've literally grown up with him and I remember him posting all thru high school and then when he originally went yo Syracuse ( thank god he didn't stay there ) looking to break into the communications/sports arena.

I had the pleasure of finally meeting him down at the Villanova game last year in Philly and he is a real great guy.

Anyway he got what is probably his 1st job since graduating in sports broadcasting out in Washington ( this was his first week on the job ) and he did his first report.

Real proud of him. Here it is

Matt is a couple years older than me and I can remember when registration was closed to the public we were the two kids on the board. We both went on visits to Fordham and I was told to "get my own school." Haha, congrats to you Matt and great job by those on the board to recognize one of the old timers (even if he is only in his 20s!). Best of luck in the future.
 
Didn't get to meet Matt C at the game last year, but that was a great bus trip the Sly Foxx had down there last year.

Unfortunatly, does not look like this year's schedule is condusive to another one, but maybe something will emerge.

Thank you all for the kind words. I will be out here for the next two years covering all things Washington (state) sports for an NBC affiliate in Kennewick, WA. The ultimate goal is to be covering sports in NYC (St. Johns included). I have to find the time to watch the Redmen while I am out here!

 Awesome news, Matt! You can always find the Redman games online...I think redstormsports.com carries the games
