Last night at 6:40 I got a text from the one and only White Chocolate (mjmaherjr)! He says you and Mike (my brother matmi03 here) need to come up (we are in NC) for a game and big reunion. I told him that I am actually sitting in a pizza joint with him at that moment and we definitely will.
My wife was with us and she says you guys should go, it sounds like fun! (She is amazing and always supports my crazy travel ideas...and regular ideas lol)
We immediately pull up the schedule to figure out what could work. 15 minutes later I'm asking what row in 114 does everyone sit in. 20 minutes after that I send an image of my ticket and am told I am 4 seats away! 5 minutes after that and hotel and flights are done.
So, we will be up to watch our boys kick Uconn's a$$! We are looking forward to catching up with all of the great guys we met in Charleston, and meeting some more of the guys that were not in Charleston.
See you next weekend boys! And thanks for the reach out Mike, it gave us the push we needed to make it happen.
One last thing, I changed mj's name in my phone so as we are driving home he texts me and I push for my car to read it. Car says: Mike White Chocolate Maher says awesome. And my wife just starts dying laughing and says you're gonna have a great time.
