In the Big East Semis and trailing by 2 late in the first half. Can we make the finals like last season ?

Hall went on a big run to close out the first half to take the lead by 11 and now up by 17 with 4:18 left to play. 
Ladies on a 6-0 run now trailing by 12 with a little over 2 minutes to play.
72-60 for the Hall.

No I think we have a very good chance. We will find out on Monday night. 21 wins in a good but not great conference.

Some observations:
1. Lewis needs to take 500 jump shots every day during the offseason. They didn't guard her at all and kept an extra defender in the lane to close off the driving lanes. Lewis runs the team well but must become an offensive threat.
2. We were decimated when Handford and Thompson sat in the first half with foul trouble. The subs made no effort at all to be a threat to score on offense. Thompson was almost nonexistent for the rest of the game.
3. Jade Walker is the most improved player on the team
4. The freshmen have not developed. The bench is too thin. This team has a lot of talent but also has a lot of deficiencies.
5. An interesting aside- Obekpa and Kyra Dunn both wear number 12 and both wear shorter shorts than typical players do

Charlie Creme has St. John's women as nowhere to be found. No Big East teams on bubble.
Perceived weak Big East kills them. Played UCONN tougher than most but let down against weak Big East teams after great start. Barnes Arico's Michigan team is also out of contention.
