Ladies on TV Again on Sunday

Big game at DePaul on Sunday afternoon
Game time is 2 PM on Fox Sports 1
A win against DePaul on the road would be huge!!

With all due respect, Moose, in order to show support for the women's program and to bring well deserved recognition of the achievements of the team to as many St John's fans as possible, comments and posts about the women's program have been permitted to be posted in this section of the site all season long.

Why change things now with only a handful of games left in the season?

Why not be consistent and make similar comments when posts are made in this section of the forum about other St John's sports (ie: golf, lacrosse, baseball, soccer etc).? There have been many posts in this section of the forum related to each of these sports.

The vast majority of activity on this site relates to men's basketball. Why make an issue when someone wants to occasionally get a message out about another St John's team to people who may only be casually interested in that program, would not likely go to that section of the forum to read about it, but does appreciate receiving the information being provided?

While we may have our favorite programs, all of us should be supporting all of the teams that comprise St John's athletics.

You start threads in the RedmanTalk area and myself or another mod moves it to the Ladys Hoops forum. See the link below. That is a link to all the forums. If you click on RedmenTalk and start a thread about the ladies it will get moved. Click Ladys Hoops and you are good to go.

I understand and don't want to create extra work for the moderators.You're not paid enough as is :)

But, not being a moderator, I would think that not nearly as many people to go the forums of the other individual sports as they do to this forum. We, who love the men's team as well as some of the other teams, post here to try to give the other teams maximum exposure to as many Johnnies fans as possible.Since only a small percentage of posts are made about teams other than men's basketball, may I suggest that consideration be given to have one single forum for all sports to make your job easier and to enable us to provide information about other St John's teams in an effort to generate more interest in and support for them.

Didn't play well against a 6-19 Marquette team
No bench at all
Very disappointed in the lack of development of the younger players
All of them look like deer in headlights on the court, especially Simmons
The 5 iron women are going to have to carry the team the rest of the way
Makes you wonder what will happen next season without Thompson
