I normally don't post after a loss, but I felt compelled to do so after this game.

We were down by 20 to nationally ranked DePaul with about 3 minutes left in the third quarter. We then played beautifully during a prolonged hot streak and cut the lead to 1 with about 3 minutes left in the game but just didn't have enough left in the tank to pull it out, eventually losing by 8, 81-73

Correa had an incredible game. Since we are undermanned, DePaul keyed on her and she still managed to score 33 points, giving her 3 straight games with 30+ points. The ladies played their hearts out and gave it their best effort. Coach T and his staff stayed cool, calm and collected when things were rough and did a great job of guiding the team through adversity.

The annoucers said that they spoke with Hoppie and she told them that, at this point, she is planning to take advantage of the "free year" and come back for a 5th year next season. Great news for our team!!!
