Kuran Iverson, a 2013 SF from Northwest Catholic (CT), is down to Syracuse, Kentucky, Louisville, UConn, Florida & Arizona, per a source.
Per NBE Basketball....
Kuran Iverson (Northwest Catholic 2013) – Iverson is not focused on his recruiting during the high school season and says that no schools really stand out to him at this point. He did claim offers from Connecticut, Syracuse, Pittsburgh, North Carolina, Rutgers, St. John’s, and Florida. St. John’s head coach Steve Lavin and UConn assistant Kevin Ollie were both on hand to watch him play tonight.

If coach is goin' hard and not cut bait, then we're in it. Actually, all this extra recovery time to get strong is helping Coach "recruit strong." To heck with Lance Armstrong, I think we should get rubber wristlits that say "RecruitStrong" and raise money for charity. Moose, any way you can run with my "strong" idea?

Yeah, I asked just to tease you. It wouldn't hurt if there was some movement a little more heavily in the marketing and licensing areas. I guess it will happen soon enough, prolly after the SJ's juggernaut is in full force!

side note: Joe sends a gift over to R Edsall as well as others over the Holidays. RE takes the time to write a hand written, signed Thank You note. I was impressed by that - and hoping the necessary changes made will result in the uptick for upcoming seasons - 2-10 will hopefully be a distant memory.
