Thoughts? I do not see how revenue sharing could ever work at the college level. Could potentially corrupt the landscape of national recruiting, with large tv $ schools able to land people at will (more so than they already do).

At first glance it appears ESPN made this into more of a story than it deserves. Ruling was a procedural hurdle that precedes another procedural hurdle to merely certify the class of plaintiffs. We're a long way away from any ruling on the merits.

Can anyone who has followed this case closely shed some light on the strengths of the actual arguments?
