Joseph Leonard has been named to the 2012 U.S. Under-19 Men's National Team. He hails from Hicksville, Long Island and is a member of the St. John's Class of 2015.

 Leonard is a very solid player and it is a great achievement. I am curious as to the position that he will play at SJU. While he is an attackman in HS, SJU has 3 very good attackmen with another Canadian coming in. It has yet to be seen whether he is best used at attack or at offensive midfield. He has one of the best shots in HS which is one of the reasons he was named to this team.
