Sorry to pipe in here but I couldn't comment on the actual thread. As I understand APR it is calculated each spring so it wouldn't/couldn't have any effect on this upcoming season (2015-16) but it could effect SJ's post season eligibility for next season (2016-17) which would be far worse imo.
