Joe Pellicane to Molloy College

Joe Pellicane, who was an assistant coach at St John's for the past two seasons, has left to become the head coach at Division II Molloy College on Long Island.

Joe has coached for many, many years and is highly regarded for his coaching acumen and recruiting abilities. He has been a big asset to the women's program at St John's and will be greatly missed.

Heard that last week, a little surprised but I guess being a head coach again was in his blood.
 
Combination of factors and was expected. Coach was not taken by surprise here.
