HITTER TO WATCH: SS Joe Panik (Hi-A San Jose)
The Giants first round pick in 2011, out of St. John's University, hit .297 with 27 doubles, seven homers, 76 RBI's and 10 seals in his full-season debut.
In 2011 he won the Northwest League batting title, hitting .341 with six homers, 54 RBI's and 13 steals at Salem-Keizer.
He successfully skipped a level in the California League last summer.
