Oh yeah, miss those good old days. I watched parts of the show last night. Was cool to see our school represented. Funny segment with a famous chef who visited the SJU dorms with Jimmy. Showed the students how to make better meals out of the slim pickings in their dorm. Made an omelette with Cheetos, used a leftover burger to make bolognese sauce for Raman noodles, and melted chocolate to pour over some cookies. Kids seemed to love the results. Great to see our school colors and the kids’ spirit on Fallon. Well done.
