Didn't see that play live and I assumed everyone was being harsh when they expressed pleasure at seeing a young kid blow a dunk on national TV ... but when I see it now in context, I readily join the many fans nationwide who took delight in seeing this unfold and finish the way it did. Really Bush League stuff.
 
How could anyone care? This and the "racist" thread really show how in many aspects this society is reverting to the emotional level of kindergarteners. It was an absolutely nothing, afterthought play in a game already decided and meant nothing.

It was the last play of the game which was over and he was frustrated.
