Jay Bilas has Moe on his all freshman team

 Watching late night college basketball (I can't remember during which game it was because all I did yesterday was watch college basketball from noon until midnight) Jay Bilas had Moe on his all freshman team. He noted that right now Moe is the leading freshman scorer and double double man.

who else was on the list? I'd assume drummond and a-davis, but not sure if rivers makes it at this point.

 Bilas is Mr. ACC. He usually has nothing nice to say about the Big East or its players.
