Jabari Brown to San Diego State

As per Coast 2 Coast Recruiting

They're building a very nice roster for the future

Yeah, wonder how Steve Fisher is hitting such a windfall lately... B)

Not happy to hear this.

Likewise. It could be a linchpin in nabbing Pelle. Hopefully, Pelle's parents win out with their decision.

By the way, you might be on to something, MCN. ;)

I didn't trust Steve Fisher when he was the coach of one of the dirtiest programs in the country back with the Fab 5 and I don't trust him now. Nobody lands "the Fab Five" and is "unaware" of anything fishy going on with their program.

Steve Fisher is a tremendous recruiter. When people have success, people get jealous. When Steve Lavin had that great recruiting class, other schools though SJU were cheating. It is not easy to recruit people from California to Jamaica, Queens. Big SJU fan but you have to give Fisher credit. San Diego St. still has no fans but he has developed the premier program on the West Coast.

Jabari belongs in the Pac 12, Big 10, Big 12, SEC, or Big East. Anything other than that is beneath him.

They are better than UCLA, USC, and St. Mary's

Difference is that Fisher's Fab 5 was confirmed as purchased. I'm not jealous at all of Steve Fisher. I just don't trust people that have bought national championship teams before.

Ummmmmmm.... You're acting like Jamaica, Queens is similiar to Cullowhee, NC. It's part of NYC, if you didn't remember. NYC can be a pretty good recruiting tool with the right person at the helm.

No one is jealous of Fisher, as MCN stated. I guess you forgot about past documents when it comes to Fisher. I do believe Fisher is a solid recruiter, but he still may not know any boundaries.

Steve was supposed to be washed up when he went out west, however we now see that he is doing quite nicely.
San Diego State is going to be a force out west, like it or not.

So far this year, the Mountain West Conference and the Pac-12 have played in 7 games, the MWC won 6 of those games:

Boise State beats Utah
CSU loses to Stanford
New Mexico beats ASU
New Mexico beat WSU
SDSU beats USC
SDSU beats UA
UNLV beats USC

In addition, UNLV just beat the #1 team in the nation, UNC.

San Diego St. still has no fans but he has developed the premier program on the West Coast.
You don't know what you are talking about, SDSU basketball is known as having one of the best home court crowds in the country. Just Google "The Show" with "San Diego State." Their arena seats 12,414 and of the five home games played this season, attendance is averaging 11,960.

SDSU just beat an undefeated UC Santa Barbara time at UCSB and the crowd consisted of more SDSU fans than UCSB - they simply took over the gym. After their huge comeback and overtime win, the SDSU fans where chanting "this is our house!" to some very disappointed UCSB fans. FYI, Santa Barbara is about a four hour drive north of San Diego.

The good thing about fans of opposing teams who seemingly pop up out of nowhere to post here is that they tend to disappear just as quickly.
