J Rotstein Interview With Coach Mullin

Great interview - thanks for posting JSJ. Listening to Coach, it sounds like longer rotation and at least some full court pressure defense is part of the plan for this team.

Interesting interview. It was curious to me that Trimble was the only one of the eleven scholarship player eligible to play that was not mentioned once during the interview. I am guessing that was an oversight.

A good interview. I enjoyed it and must say Mullin is not timid about his team.

Funny, I thought the exact same thing GZ. Have to believe it was just an oversight as questions were flying at Chris.

Could be wrong but I don't think Mullin mentioned Simon and Clark either. Jon did but didn't recall Mullin speaking specifically about either. Then again I was doing 3 things while listening.

He did allude to them. When Rothstein asked him what biggest thing MH brought to them, he emphasized significant D1 experience and said something like that gives us four guys (Shamorie, MH, Simon & Clark) with significant experience and success at major D1 level.

That's right.

When Jon asked to get into the players Mullin focused on the freshman. Since Jon brought up Ponds, Simon, Clark, LJ, Mikey and Sedee the freshman were the biggest chunk un-named.
