It's Early But St. John's RPI Is...

 I'm not well versed in how it's calculated, but we've played 2 top 8 teams and 4 overall in top 20 thus far. Not sure how that's possible?
 
When the team was 4-5 it was close to 300 so it's getting better. Realtime RPI has STJ at 194 this morning. Only 3 games vs. top 100 RPI teams (KY-8, UConn-3 and Az-47) At this point Tx A&M is at 213. Losses to two teams at 200+ (A&M and Detroit) and one at 180 (NEeastern) don't help. Need some wins vs top 100 to move up. SOS at this point is 174. That doesn't help either.

 Looks like we'll have to win the Big East tournament. Should be fairly easy with a seven-man rotation.
