I am, will find out from the school tomorrow about getting tickets. Would be wonderful if other fans are planning on attending. Son is off of school this week so he can go and the head of the Brookwood Elite program will be going to watch Luguenz. We won’t kill one another while travelling together as he is still my son’s coach and we love Luguenz whom we know for years. Will wish him a great game as it would be wonderful if a kid like Luguenz could make the NBA, think Marvin Clark background, but hope the rest of ASU goes scoreless and we win and advance.
Please let me know if you are going. Thanks.

Do you know what the host hotel is?

I dont even know where they are playing. I'll probably uber around. Not much to see in dayton

No clue as to anything but will be calling the school in the morning if I don’t find out anything tonight.
 
I wish I could go but was out ill most of last week and have to catch up.

There is a Marriott on the other side of the river from the arena that most teams stay at. I would assume that will serve as the host hotel

Bunch of Aviation museums and Milano's (ask for extra cheese on your individual size pizza and if you want a meatball pie remember to ask for hamburger not meatball). ;) :)

i hope a lot of fans go. unfortunately my job doesn't have much flexibility in terms of vacation otherwise I would be there.

My son and I are driving the 4 hrs to Dayton.
Looking forward to seeing the Johnnies play in person for first time in many years.
 
I told my wife that I'm not going to Dayton no matter what, she's already let my coworkers know not to expect me on Thursday as I should be driving back from Ohio ;-)

St. John's fans traveling to Dayton, the team has an open practice tomorrow from 1:35 to 2:15 p.m. #sjubb
 
Hopefully those on the fence decide to go and everyone there makes enough noise for two people.

As Moose said, our best bet is for the Dayton fans to adopt us as their team over the large state school from out west.

I think they will. And they are a great fanbase, so if there's a lot of them there, they really can make a difference for a team that's been known to lose focus/energy.
 
I'm staying at the Marriott courtyard near the arena. It is ranked #6 out of about 50 area hotels by Tripdvisor.

The school is planning some sort of reception but not finalized yet.

If the school doesn't have a reception and you'd like to get together PM me for my cell #

Hilton Garden Inn Dayton-South Austin-Landing
12000 Innovation Drive, Miamisburg,OH 45342

Hotel Lobby- Library
6pm-7:30pm
Appetizers, Beer, Wine and Soda

Team Send Off- 6:30PM in Lobby with Dance, Cheer and Band

There will be a private bus leaving from the hotel at 7:30pm headed to the arena so we can catch the second half of the first game.
