Interesting St. John's Article about next season

I think our roster for next year is very talented with a great upside if some things click for us! Being the optimist that I am, I believe this team will fall somewhere between NIT and an NCAA bid! Can't wait for season to open!

I remember the joy of watching Showtime before he was injured and think Marcus Lovett and Shamorie may wriggle us past a whole lot of growing pains.

I don't know if anyone saw this. Nothing earth shattering but it does give an upbeat spin on next season.

Great topic, nice positive posts, AND there is reason to rejoice, there is joy in Mudville and in Queens!!!

One of many words to describe the movement with staff, players, recruits, we fans:
Awesome! ( I'll leave out the "baby")

Ponds, LoVett, RF, ABashir, experience boost for Mussini, Y, Sima, E addition of Owens et al.

Wow.
The best.

I totally agree with you. These two players I am most excited to see.

Like you I think they will control some tempo for us and open up the floor for us. Now I am not going overboard, they are young and inexperienced.

Like I mentioned in another post my dream is to get a big guy who can rebound. I don't know if one exists or if we are after that type of player. I also don't know if Darien Williams is that guy. I think you add a power forward type with Sima, Kassoum adding in a little Bashir and RF and we will be an improved team and correctly building a program block by block.
