Shame that a kid with that size and potential can't get his act together.

If memory serves me correctly, he was a 4 star prospect coming out of high school
Stars can measure potential but they don't measure what's in/not in someone's heart

maybe dealing with something deeper.   If so, hope he gets it figured out.

Ian's post certainly explains a lot. Very unfortunate for Him and everything now makes sense. Poor guy i really feel for him and hope he gets the help he seems to need in order to help him get to a better place in this world.  We all never understood how a 6 9 guy with a great physique put in minimal effort ?
best of luck to Ian.

Or maximal effort with a damaged transmission.

It's easy to criticize but you have to walk in someone's shoes to know their situation. I wish him the best.

I thought he had talent.? If  his character was oblivious, why would teams keep bringing him on board .Looked like he had the size to be a pretty good player

It seems his issues may be much more than "oblivious character"; FWIW, IMO, forget basketball and wish the young man all the best going forward.
