Given your title to this thread, which suggests we were already in the CBI and the fact that you made no mention of hoping for an NIT in your initial post, you can see why some would question your motives. As for me, I hope we get an NIT bid but admit that it's a long shot. Extending the season for such a young team can only help.

SJu will NOT be in the CBI. They have no interest, and the CBI is pay to play. No NIT, season over.

You only pay to be a home team. Road teams get a travel budget. That's why STJ played on the road the last time they were in this esteemed event, they can't generate enough revenue out of home games to justify pay to play.
