 I worked for Hamilton County in the 90s and I use to meet Mr Huggins often. I remember one time while I was in the Cincy airport, well really Northern Kentucky airport, I asked Kenyon Martin for a pic together and he was very willing while the Bearcats were waiting to board.. Except Coach wasn't.. Guess what?? He sounded like "slirring [sic] his speech, swaying, talking in circles and dropping f bombs". I even said the dude sounds drunk and the players said he always sounds like that. Quite a character!!
