As part of the Satisfaction Guaranteed plan, fans who purchase season tickets in 2011-12 and are not satisfied with their game-day experience by Feb. 1 can return their remaining tickets and receive a full refund

They have to do something to fill seats -- I seem to remember reading somewhere that their average attendance last season was something like 3,200.

How the mighty have fallen 12-18 (4-12) last year. That'll get you 3,200 people per game. 

Certainly makes me glad we were able to turn things around!
