Legendary Tom Konchalski will be honored on Sunday, January 8, 2022 at a 12:05 p.m. Mass at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church located at 110-06 Queens Blvd., Forest Hills, NY 11375. Immediately following the mass their will be a luncheon directly across from the church at the well known 'Portofino Restaurant'. The Key Note speaker will be MSG/media sportscaster MIKE QUICK.
