Just need to drop uconn. SJU fan support at Garden wasn't horrible. Most of those 9k were sju fans at least, which was positive. Uconn brought nobody. Show em the door. They used to draw, but it was obvious that they don't have the same fans traveling to games any more. Cuse brings droves. Only reason we should schedule them. Uconn is done. We will have a lot more leeway in our OOC scheduling in the future and more demand for playing st MSG, which puts SJU in an enviable position. Agree we should and likely will schedule big opponents at MSG. We have our pick.

I agree uconn has lost their support & Luster bec. of Stuttering jimmy dewars jumping ship on a ncca suspensions. IF myself & other former season tic holders r ever gonna come back to being a premium season tic holder again w R&W I want key matchups at the Garden

It will take time and consistent winning. Dare I say our new Big East might be better for SJU fans overall. More winning, more interest s a real player in the conference, and even better OOC matchups.
