Keep in mind Gonzo stole a purse from a mall (granted it was the upscale Mall at Short Hills), so Herb Pope robbing a bank, in comparison, is genius.

Jokes aside Herb Pope has not had the easiest of lives, he has been shot, nearly died from heart failure (Quick thinking by Grant B may have saved his life), and has had a very rough family life. Hopefully, he can serve his time and reenter the world changed for the better.
