Like one of my favorite TV show's recurring themes, this season will be full of misery. Long suffering fans are well conditioned to the low expectations and this year we will hit rock bottom. Heck, tonight DePaul beat 20th ranked GW so we will officially be the underdog in every remaining game. But remember this line when killing our kids after every loss:"If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all!"
Luck, the bad kind, has been our companion and this year will be no different. With our two highest rated newbies on the bench I never expected more than 10 wins. Heck, even Lavin bench warmer Felix Balamou is being missed on this talent challenged team but hopefully we recruit over some these current players and gain some respectability again because next year the honeymoon in NYC will be over for our staff. I am chalking up this year's poor prognosis to bad luck because had Darien Williams and Marcus Lovett been healthy and playing we would not be suffering the Ellison and Mouvlika mishaps.

My expectations were low going in. The Rutgers and Cuse game were teasers.......... They do play hard I'll give them that.
