Happy birthday and best wishes for a great day!!
If Tariq improves as much in the next two years as he has to date, look out!!

Today is the strength and conditioning coachs bday. Based on his photo and bio he does not look qualified to be the head strength coach for a D1 program.

Seeing the size improvement of Marcus Lovett, Shamorie ponds, and Justin Simon. We'll have to disagree.

I hope he proves my doubts wrong bus said based on how he looks and his resume he doesn't seem qualified enough. If the kids all show up looking improved then I'll be wrong and I hope I am. I have 20 guys I could email right now that have better bios in the strength and conditioning field.

Not disagreeing on bio/experience but what does his photo have to do with his qualifications ?

Some if the best & most respected S&C coaches in pro sports look more like stereotypical bankers and librarians than the elite athletes they are paid to train.

That could be true but most of the S&C guys I know can throw around some weight. As one of my buddies who was a PT said, you wouldn't go to a dentist with bad teeth so why go to an out of shape trainer who doesn't lift.

Or a governor who doesn't govern, but throws his weight around;
