Great Freshman

This question has really been gnawing at me.

When Storr is drafted from Kentucky next spring, can we still list him in the media guide on the "SJU in the NBA" page?

Mullin 53% 79% no 3pt line obviously
Sealy 49% 56% 21%
Artest 42% 53% 33%
Harrison 38% 80% 37%
Ponds 44% 82% 38%
Storr 50% 74% 47%
Storr showing great promise on offense. Unfortunately, this isn't the NFL and you have to play defense and rebound. The fact that the rest of the team stopped defedning make sit easier to give him bigger minutes. Unlike the others, he can actually shoot the ball. I love that his shooting % is high, despite still a work in progress regarding shot selection.

Storr has better shot selection than anybody else on this team except for Soriano, and his defense is improving. Don't go looking for negatives that are minimal compared to his positives.

He will start next year wherever he goes

Why is everyone convinced he is leaving? He is now part of the starting lineup and has a green light to shoot from seemingly anywhere. If some here are right and CMA ends up out, the next coach will have to re-recruit him. The bigger the name of the coach, the more likely he stays. Pitino can get a player to the next level, and that is a great selling point for a player like Storr.

Just imagine what his numbers would look like if he had gotten some serious PT against the those schools ranked in the 300s ?
Ironically I don’t think his %s would be as impressive if he were more involved early. But his scoring numbers would definitely be above where they are at.

Crazy when you consider how little he has played, especially on this offensively challenged team, 49 points against the weakest Villanova team in memory SMH.
Thanks North for bringing up the nova game after I had finally erased it from memory lol. In BE play Storr is averaging 19 minutes a game.

Store might feel staff doing him justice. Unless someone gets in his ear why leave?
