Scary stuff, infected people can pass it to others before showing symptoms, you can't stop that.

The very mobile nature of populations due to lower cost air travel could very well trigger the next pandemic.

I wouldn't worry about it.[/quote] Unfortunately generally 48 hours before any long flight I start getting jittery and cranky. The flight itself doesn't bother me anymore but that time leading up to boarding generally I'mnot fun to be around

We are just in the process of booking a 10 day vacation to Italy in May. My wife just saw that they declared a state of emergency there due to coronavirus. Expect it's a little over the top better safe than sorry thing.
Funniest thing I saw was that there are apparently large numbers of people who are worried that the virus is caused by drinking Corona beer.
