Had no idea lol. I only noticed it later when I was doing my edits. I think Malik got the last laugh though ; )

I can't explain it but looking at these pictures can bring back such great memories of a game you sat in MSG watching some 58 years ago.

Thanks. That '64-'65 team will always be extra special for me: it was my first year at St. John's and, sadly, Coach Lapchick's last. Sad to think that its two brightest stars -- Kenny McIntyre and Sonny Dove -- were taken from us far too soon.
 
Was an undergrad at NYU sitting in the second row under the basket as the Violet lost the third place game by one point to Army under Bob Knight for the second year in Row.

That was my brother's first year also and he took me (at age 9) to the 1964 Holiday Festival game at MSG against BC, hence my user name. Although technically it could have been "fansince64".
