Freaking love this show. Cant believe I have to wait till 2014 to see the next season. I'd read the books but I'm too lazy and I'd rather not spoil my guilty tv show pleasure
 
Been waiting for a thread to start about this. watched the first 2 seasons and then started reading the books- book 3, storm of swords, the one this past season was based on, think the season covered half the book- was non stop action. One of the most interesting/compelling reads I've experienced.

Don't to post any spoilers- let me know where your theories stand...
 
The storyline is action packed and the acting is superb. Now it's Game of Thrones withdrawal time for me.
HBO better not cancel this show before the storyline ends. I do know it has been renewed for a fourth season.
Since I know there is five books that should translate into six seasons.
My theory is Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow form a romantic union with Tyrion running the South.
And they all live happily ever after.
