Understand that Kevin, who played at SJU in the early/mid-1970's (along with his brothers) will be honored as the newest members of The Brooklyn Basketball Old-Timer's Hall of Fame.

The dinner will be held on the first Friday in May at Sirico's Caterer's in Dyker Heights

Kevin played his high school ball at Molloy.

Kevins older brother Jim (JR) was an outstanding player at St. Francis College . Is he a member of the Brooklyn Hall of Fame ?

Kevin, a great guy & poster on JJ, UC65-69, asked me to relay the following;

"Inductees: Frank Alagia, John Carey, Lee Jones, The Rafferty Brothers': Pat, John, Joseph, Jim, & Kevin and Herb Turetzky. Drinks at 6PM, Dinner to follow at 7PM at Sirico's 8023 13th Ave. Brooklyn. Tickets: $100 at the door. It's always a fun event that celebrates N.Y.C. Basketball and having Frank as an inductee will bring out former players. When George Johnson was inducted a few years back, teammates Glen Williams, John Farmer and Frank were there.
