Former Preferred Walk-On Elijah Holifield

Holifield was around the first two years when Chris Mullin was the coach. While he transferred out to get more playing time, he spoke highly of St. John's and St. John's fans.

We've talked over the years and I interviewed him recently. His favorite memory was playing in the Maui Invitational Yawke and LoVett were ineligibile and there were a few injuries to the team so he played every game.

Thanks for writing the article.

Good for him.

Amazed that he has potential opportunity overseas.

Felt Mullin prepared the team for the start of the season. St. Thomas Aquinas begged to differ. Ah good times. As for EH's college career I congratulate him for his successes and wish him well in his future endeavors which hopefully include pro basketball.

Great job by Elijah getting a Masters degree. Best of luck.
